Confession: I am a lifelong learner. I have never stopped going to school, because my passion is to learn. I graduated High School and immediately began my undergrad work. After graduation, I began work on my first Master’s degree two years later. After graduating with a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction, I began my second Master’s program in Educational Leadership. However, after one year in the program I decided to instead begin work on my Doctorate in Educational Leadership. I surround myself with professionals who stretch my thinking and force me to live in a state of cognitive dissonance.
I am continually challenged by educational leaders and professionals, and love living in a state of constant dissonance. I believe the only way to grow and to help our students grow is to stretch our beliefs, our visions, and our philosophies.
I decided to share what stretches me in hopes to contribute to the educational profession on a larger scale.
